This Privacy Policy describes how A3 Academy ("A3", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with a3academy.org. Separate policies govern the A3 CORE family portal and the A3 text-message notification program; those are available inside the portal.
Information we collect
When you submit our interest form, we collect the information you provide: parent or guardian name, player name, email address, phone number, and details about your player (graduation year, position, hometown, and anything you write in your message). We also collect standard website analytics — pages visited, approximate location, and device type — to understand how families use the site.
How we use it
Interest-form submissions are used for one purpose: a coach following up with your family about A3 programs. Analytics data is used to improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and analytics providers (website hosting, form processing, and traffic measurement) that process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. They do not use your information for their own purposes.
Data retention and security
Submissions are stored in A3's systems using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, with access limited to academy staff. We retain inquiry records for as long as they are relevant to a family's interest in the academy.
Children's information
This website is directed at parents and guardians. Player information on this site is provided by the enrolling parent or guardian, or published with family consent (rosters and schedules). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Families may request removal of a player from public roster pages at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information — email us and we will handle it directly.
