Private Lessons

Lessons at A3 are taught by academy staff — the same coaches who run our full-time program every day. Your initial evaluation and consultation are free. From there, every lesson is data-driven — the same system, process, and technology behind the academy's proven results, so progress is measured, not guessed. Sessions are one hour, booked online, and paid by credit pack. A3 Performance does not do isolated, one-off lessons — development is a program, not an appointment.

An A3 Performance membership is $40/month and takes $10/hour off every cage rental — pair it with a lesson pack if your player trains on his own between sessions.
